Guild Rules

  1. Official Guild MMORPG – The Cabal will be established in one MMORPG at a time, and if you wish to remain as an active TC member, then it is mandatory for you to play on that world. If you are not interested in the MMORPG TC has chosen, we will deactivate you from the guild and you can look to meet up with us again in the next official guild MMORPG.
  2. TeamSpeak – A working computer microphone and a copy of TeamSpeak are mandatory for all TC members.
  3. Recruitment – The only method to join TC is through the sponsorship of an Inner Circle member for a 30 day trial period. Each IC member is limited to one recruit at a time. By the end of the trial period, all active IC will vote on whether to keep recruits as members of the Outer Circle, or to remove them from the guild.
  4. Inactivity – OC members who are simply unable to participate in TC’s official MMORPG for any reason will be moved to an inactive list until they are able to return to active involvement. They will not be removed from the guild and can rejoin us at any time. IC members who are not active in TC’s official MMORPG will be demoted to the OC if they have been gone from our official MMORPG for more than 60 days.
  5. Disruptive Behavior – An excessive amount of complaining, non-constructive criticism, arguing within the guild, etc., will result in removal from the guild. This does not mean that members can never complain, criticize or argue. The keyword here is "excessive", meaning that it reaches the point where it affects guild cohesiveness. Any guild member that engages in excessively disruptive behavior will receive a cautionary warning first, and if that behavior continues, they will be booted from the guild.
  6. Quality Players – TC has a standard of quality play that we intend to maintain. If any guild member is found to be extremely lacking in their skills, they may be voted on by the IC for removal from the guild. The important phrase here is "extremely lacking."
  7. Character Classes – If class balance becomes a problem within a particular MMORPG, then character classes will be assigned by the Inner Circle. We will always seek to allow guild members the freedom to play classes they want to play, but in some cases, it may become necessary to assign classes for the betterment of the guild as a whole.
  8. Alts / Bots – Any alternate character must be approved by the IC. It is our intention to create "guild bot" accounts that the IC and assigned members of the OC will have access to. The number of these bots and their specific function (buffbot, craftingbot, levelbot, etc.) will be determined by the needs of the guild as a whole in our current official MMORPG.
  9. No Cliques – We will not allow special cliques to form within the guild. Everyone in the guild should get to know all of the other guild members, and be equally helpful to all of them. For balanced grouping purposes, the IC may have to adjust groups so that all guild members get a fair group when they play.
  10. No Mangina Cyber Love Fests – The very hint of any cybering going on between guild members is grounds from immediate removal. Where real-life relationships are involved, it should go without saying that this will cause far too much trouble within the guild.
  11. No Idiotic Public Posts – If you want to act like a fool, we have private boards for you to do that. Don't post on public forums about the guild, how bad ass you are, or how we were foolish enough to add you.
  12. Respect Your Guild Members – You are required to treat other members of the guild with respect. How you actually feel about them is not relevant, but your behavior is. Feel free to interact with anyone outside of the guild however you like, as long as it doesn't violate any of the guild rules.
